Cake Decorating Classes Los Angeles

This program will provide comprehensive knowledge and skills to be able to perform the basic occupational duties as it pertains to Cake Decorating.

Students will learn about Wedding Cakes, Fresh Flower Design Cakes, Royal Icing Flowers, Sanitation, Utilizing Tools, and Commercial Cakes. Students will also learn how to create exciting new designs of cakes for special occasions.
